Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

Our factory enjoys very convenient transportation, being just 120km from Shanghai port and 17km from Zhangjiagang. From Pudong airport, there is no direct transportation to Jiangyin City. You may take metro from Pudong airport station

What's the payment method for my order？

Usually we deal with our customers 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before the shipment date or against the copy of B/L. It can be also negotiated based on your special request.

When could I receive the quotation?

Normally we will respond you within 30 minutes after we receive your inquiry. Then we will send you the quotation in 1-2 working days. If the quotation is urgently required, please call us and inform us your email then

Is your price fixed all the time?

The price is negotiable, it depends on your quantity, weight, craft, package etc. When you are making an inquiry, please let us know your detailed requirements, like quantity, package and weight etc.

Do you accept the OEM/ODM design?

Absolutely，this is our specialty! We would like to produce or design according to your ideas and requirements. Meanwhile, small changes can be made for free. However, great design changes will create some additional cost.

When I want to test your quality and style, could I get some samples?　

Yes, the sample is available. We could send you the free sample but the shipping cost will be charged at your side. Please provide your courier account number if you have one. Alternatively, we will choose which we cooperated
